Please plan for additional space in between units when rental multiple items.

You are responsible for ensuring adequate space.

We use Google Earth to estimate if an inflatable can fit in your desired area.

A maximum distance of 100ft is required to avoid damage to our blowers.

We bring a 100ft extension cable per each blower required.

If beyond 100ft is required, a generator must be added to your rental for a fee.

The majority of our inflatables are designed for use with water. Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use.

All of our units clearly list water capability on their product page.

We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.

We can bring up to a 75ft water hose upon request before we leave the warehouse to deliver.

If a water source is not available within 75ft of your setup space, you are responsible for additional hoses needed.

After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized.

Each unit is then inspected for any damage or safety concerns.

We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment.

We sure are! We have comprehensive liability insurance specifically for inflatable businesses.

We can provide a COI upon request.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination.

When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed.

Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
